On the morning of November 24, 2025, Liu Peiyuan, an introductory talent on temporary assignment in Jin'an District, led a team comprising officials from the District Party Committee Organization Department, the District Industry and Information Technology Bureau, and the Fuxing Economic Development Zone to Fuzhou Dayu Electronic Co., Ltd. for an on-site research visit and symposium. Topics covered included the development of the industrial chain supporting infrastructure, the establishment of public information service platforms, guidance on policy project applications, talent attraction and retention, industry-academia-research collaborative innovation, industrial park operation mechanisms, and corporate financing needs. Drawing on the company's own development experience, the corporate representatives fully expressed their views on issues such as land use guarantees and future planning. Chairman Shangguan Mingyu specifically recommended replacing certain special subsidies with more broadly beneficial tax reduction measures, believing this would provide more direct and substantial support to a wider range of enterprises.
