Dayu Electronics Hydrophone Applied to Underwater Abnormal Sound Monitoring
1. Product Introduction:
Underwater noise monitor is an underwater abnormal sound monitoring device jointly developed by Fuzhou Dayu Electronics. The device features a safe and reliable structural design, advanced abnormal sound detection technology, and microprocessor technology, combined with audio detection and analysis algorithms. It offers high precision, low power consumption, and easy installation.

This product can be powered by batteries or external power supply. It can upload abnormal sound information, battery level, anomaly types, and raw audio signals to a data center via wireless networks on a scheduled or event-triggered basis (e.g., alarms, faults), enabling monitoring of on-site detection points, data statistics, query, trend analysis, and record backup for maintenance operations.

1.1 Main Functions and Features
Wireless Communication: Uses 4G communication to transmit data to the system platform via wireless networks. Data includes: abnormal sound status, battery voltage, device information, and alarm events.
Function Monitoring: Abnormal sound detection, battery voltage (charge level), etc.
Historical Records: Supports storage of raw noise files for up to 30 days.
Alarm Function: Abnormal sound alarms, low battery voltage alarms, etc.
Remote Upgrade: Supports both network remote upgrade and local upgrade.

1.2 Device Composition
This device consists of an outer shell, hydrophone, antenna, and internal components including a control board, battery, and mounting bracket.

3. Product Features:
The underwater abnormal sound monitoring system offers the following product advantages:
1. Uses low-noise, high-sensitivity sensors (hydrophone sensitivity up to -173dB), suitable for weak signal detection.
2. Uses high-precision ADC processing, fully meeting the requirements for processing minute leak signals.
3. Uses advanced signal conditioning technology to ensure signal acquisition without distortion.
4. Built-in abnormal sound detection algorithm, with accompanying time-domain and frequency-domain analysis algorithms, effectively distinguishing abnormal sounds from water flow noise and ambient noise.
5. Uses synchronized time calibration with microsecond-level synchronization offset, enabling precise synchronized detection of sensors.
6. Low power consumption design, industry-leading.

In addition to the hardware, a comprehensive cloud platform is provided to support intelligent customer platform construction, effectively enabling remote monitoring of abnormal sounds, reducing manual management workload, replacing manual inspection with technology, using big data to reduce the inspection burden on management departments, and effectively improving management efficiency.
