Project Background
Xinjiang, as an important agricultural irrigation region in China, boasts vast irrigation districts. The area has an arid climate and scarce water resources, making precise monitoring and management of channel water levels extremely urgent. Local water conservancy departments face issues such as low water resource utilization efficiency and imprecise irrigation scheduling. Especially during peak irrigation periods, traditional manual inspection methods cannot provide real-time data, leading to water waste and low management efficiency. To address these issues, the local authorities decided to introduce an advanced automated monitoring system to achieve real-time monitoring and intelligent management of channel water levels.
