High-Pressure Ultrasonic Level Meter for Mining Industry

  Huainan Xinji No.1 Mine is a coal mining company under SDIC Xinji Energy Co., Ltd. During the production of anchoring agents using an automated production line in the coal mine, it is necessary to monitor the changes in resin inside high-pressure tanks. Due to the small tank size and high resin viscosity, contact-type level instruments could not be used. Additionally, with pressures above 6 kg, existing ultrasonic manufacturers could not provide an ultrasonic level meter capable of operating under such high pressure. Eventually, they found our company. Based on the customer's on-site conditions and after multiple communications and tests with the customer, we successfully implemented the Xihu series high-pressure ultrasonic level meter on the production line, solving the customer's problem.
