1. Project Background
A certain reservoir, as an important water conservancy hub, serves multiple functions including flood control, irrigation, and water supply. To effectively manage the reservoir's water resources and rationally schedule irrigation water, real-time and accurate monitoring of the flow in the downstream channel is required. Traditional flow monitoring methods, such as constructing weirs or flumes, have disadvantages such as high construction costs and long construction periods. Therefore, we have adopted the ultrasonic open channel flowmeter solution without a weir or flume for flow monitoring.
2. Solution Selection

Installation of bracket: Install a sturdy bracket above the channel according to the flowmeter's installation requirements.
Commissioning: Commission the flowmeter and set relevant parameters, such as channel cross-section parameters and water correction coefficients.
