Ultrasonic Doppler Flowmeter Installed and Measured in Baiyun Township, Yongtai
At the customer's request, a solar-powered ultrasonic Doppler flowmeter (measuring water depth, temperature, flow velocity, and flow rate) was tested in Baiyun Township, Yongtai. Engineers from Fuzhou Dayu Electronics demonstrated a meticulous, rigorous, and professional attitude from installation to pilot testing, achieving gratifying results: the flow velocity was 0.39 m/s, differing by only 0.02 m/s compared to mechanical measurements.
This test covered two aspects: first, the original Doppler flowmeter's lithium battery power supply was replaced with solar power, addressing the inconvenience of battery replacement and enabling long-term monitoring; second, the customer's parallel probe was tested, comparing it with our own parallel probe and a mechanical flow meter. The measurement data were closely aligned, with slight differences due to the inability to position them in exactly the same location.
