The sensor housing is made of ABS and can withstand pressures up to a depth of 100 meters, meeting the requirements of deep-sea aquaculture.

To address underwater multipath reflection and biological noise interference, the system employs adaptive threshold filtering technology, which effectively identifies genuine ranging signals through echo signal envelope analysis. Additionally, a time-gating mechanism is introduced to suppress clutter interference caused by surface waves.
At the Ningde large yellow croaker deep-sea aquaculture base in Fujian, robots equipped with this system can perform three-dimensional spiral inspections along the cage structure. Field test data from 2023 shows that the sensor maintains a detection accuracy of over 92% in water with visibility below 0.5 meters, successfully reducing the collision accident rate from 17 times per month in traditional modes to 0.3 times per month.

According to statistics from the Zhoushan Fisheries Administration, after the application of this technology:
