1. Measurement Principle
The sewer ultrasonic Doppler flowmeter collects flow velocity, water level, and temperature from the ultrasonic Doppler velocimeter via RS485.
Based on actual site conditions, various channel parameters are entered, and using these parameters and the measured water level H (m), the cross-sectional area
S (m²) is calculated. The instantaneous flow rate (Q = V × S) is obtained by multiplying the cross-sectional area by the flow velocity V (m/s), and the cumulative flow is calculated by multiplying the instantaneous flow by the accumulated time.
Thus: Q = V × S
Instantaneous flow × time difference = cumulative flow

2. Product Description
This product uses 4G-CAT.1/NB-IoT IoT technology as its core, establishing a low-power measurement system for various complex environments such as long-distance communication, high protection levels, and anti-interference.
It is powered by a 7.2V primary lithium battery combined with a supercapacitor, with a total capacity of 133AH, enabling 12 months of operation (at room temperature 25°C) with data uploads every 30 minutes.
The sewer ultrasonic flowmeter (telemetry host) collects flow velocity, water depth, temperature, and other data from the ultrasonic Doppler velocimeter via RS-485 and uploads it to the cloud platform. Users can directly set channel information on the platform, and the cloud platform calculates cross-sectional area, instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow, and other data, displaying them to the user!
