　　During the research session, Mr. Shangguan Mingyu and the heads of core departments provided systematic and detailed explanations on four key operational topics—cross-departmental collaboration and process optimization, raw material inventory management improvement, non-standard product development project management optimization, and procurement and supplier management optimization—based on the research outline previously compiled by Xiamen University's Teacher Liao.

　　In the two consecutive Q&A sessions that followed, Xiamen University faculty and students raised many incisive and constructive questions regarding the presentations, and the Dayu team answered them candidly one by one, sparking lively intellectual exchange. Afterward, both parties moved into group discussion sessions, engaging in more focused and in-depth conversations on the four sub-topics in designated meeting rooms. To ensure the efficiency of this session, Dayu Electronics had pre-established special liaison groups to guarantee seamless coordination with the MBA team.
