In practical applications, the M80 sensor can be mounted on the robotic arm at positions facing each concrete wall. The sensor outputs distance values in real time to the robotic arm controller (supporting switch or analog output, compatible with mainstream PLCs and control systems). Once the measured value falls below a preset safety threshold, the controller can issue commands to decelerate, limit movement, or stop, preventing rigid collisions between the robotic arm or cutter suction head and the walls.
