M33 clamp-on sensor measures oil level in tanks
I. Application scenarios:

1. Sealed cylindrical tank;
2. Internal pressure approximately 6 MPa;
3. Overall column height 60 cm, bottom is a motor, mineral oil lubricates the motor, in the middle is a hollow shaft connecting upper and lower parts, the top is a compression chamber.
4. The tank shell temperature may briefly reach 100-120°C, but this rarely occurs (extreme condition); normal operating temperature is 50-90°C.
5. Ambient temperature requirements: -40°C to 120°C. The surrounding air may contain high salt and humidity from marine environments, cold plateau low temperatures, and desert high temperatures.
6. The sealed tank vibrates during operation, so secure mounting is especially important.
7. Side mounting is preferred.

II. Parameter requirements:
1. Response time should be in seconds; continuous measurement is preferred during startup, and later one signal every few minutes is sufficient, though continuous is better.
2. Priority: first, provide a signal feedback to the electronic control when below a set height (digital or pulse signal acceptable); second, test that the level does not exceed a certain point (also with output); third, provide continuous real-time level measurement.

3. The motor rotation may create vortices and slight foam, so noise reduction is needed to improve accuracy; accuracy should be around 3 mm. If mineral oil mixes with other liquids, it may affect level accuracy (ideally the sensor should be able to distinguish concentrations).
