6 Split-Type Ultrasonic Sludge Level Meters Shipped to Shijiazhuang Qiaoxi Wastewater Treatment Plant

Ultrasonic sludge level meter is used in the sedimentation tank of a wastewater treatment plant to measure the amount of sludge accumulated. When it reaches a certain level, the sludge needs to be discharged on site. After sludge settles in the sedimentation tank, a phenomenon occurs where the bottom is sludge, the top is turbid water, and the middle is an emulsified layer. The signal reflection from the emulsified layer and the turbid water layer is very similar, which can cause significant measurement deviations—up to 3 to 5%.
