16MPa High-Temperature Heating Pipeline: Complete Magnetic-Mount Leak Detection System Monitoring Solution [Dayu Electronics]
Magnetic-Mount Leak Detection System Solution for 16MPa High-Temperature Heating Pipelines
Designed to meet the leak monitoring requirements of heating pipelines with 16MPa pressure and 80-90°C pipe wall temperature, and combined with the characteristics of external mounting monitoring scenarios, a complete magnetic-mount leak detection system is specially designed to achieve 24-hour precise monitoring and localization of pipeline leaks.

The core monitoring terminal of this system uses a magnetic-mount hydrophone, which, with its strong magnetic adsorption structure, can be directly attached to the outer wall of heating pipelines at 80-90°C without damaging the pipeline body, offering easy installation and suitability for high-temperature conditions. Considering that externally mounted hydrophones cannot directly contact the medium inside the pipe and that acoustic signal attenuation is greater than with direct-contact types, the hydrophone spacing is controlled within 100 meters to ensure effective capture of leak acoustic wave signals and compensate for the signal transmission differences of non-contact monitoring.

The system is equipped with built-in high-performance lithium batteries to continuously power the magnetic-mount hydrophone, data acquisition module, and positioning module, meeting 24-hour uninterrupted monitoring requirements and eliminating the need for external on-site power. It also integrates Beidou positioning functionality to record the installation location of each hydrophone in real time, providing precise spatial coordinate references for subsequent leak localization and avoiding position deviations caused by complex environments along the pipeline.

In the data processing and leak analysis stage, the system uses front-end acquisition modules to obtain pipeline vibration acoustic signals captured by the hydrophones in real time. Combined with Beidou positioning data, the raw information is uploaded to the backend algorithm system via wireless transmission. Based on the acoustic wave propagation speed, the time difference of signal reception among different hydrophones, and the characteristic parameters of leak acoustic waves under 16MPa pipeline pressure, the backend calculates and back-calculates the leak position using specialized algorithms, outputting precise leak localization results to assist staff in quickly identifying and repairing leaks.
The entire system is adapted to the harsh high-temperature, high-pressure conditions of heating pipelines, solving the signal acquisition challenges of external mounting monitoring. With a full-process design of "magnetic-mount installation - 24-hour battery life - Beidou positioning - algorithm-based leak localization," it provides a stable and reliable integrated solution for heating pipeline leak monitoring, enhancing pipeline operation and maintenance efficiency and safety risk control.
